Students Perspectives Into Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
The project consists in bringing a student perspective to applying diversification tactics within a private school.
What I learned
Before starting this project, I did not believe it was in me to be able to make such an impact within my high school and college communities. I have learned that I need to listen, lean into discomfort, and be open to everything those around me have to say. Growth begins when we are able to step out of our comfort zone.
Advice for future applicants
Never let your curiosity go.
