Analyzing Anti-SARS-CoV2 Antibodies That Inhibit Antibody-Mediated Entry Through the Spike Protein

This project investigates the inhibitory effects anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies have on viral entry through the spike protein through its various conformational dynamics. By analyzing these antibodies, the study sheds light on potential mechanisms for inhibiting antibody-mediated entry. We offer insights for the development of effective therapies and vaccines against COVID-19.

What I learned

It can be pretty daunting to take on independent projects with minimal guidance, but as long as you are methodical about your work, reach out for support when needed, and believe in yourself, your abilities, and your knowledge, you can get work done that you didn’t think you could!
