Community collaborator and mentor
Two confirmations of support are required — one from an identified community collaborator, and one from a mentor who will support your progress and growth.
Community collaborator. One Community Collaborator Form, completed by a collaborator who confirms the project meets a community-defined need and who supports the project's goals, its details, and you as the scholar. Community partners must be external to UW.
Mentor. The second letter can come from any mentor, professional reference, or other person who can confirm you meet the selection criteria. Your mentor must agree to meet regularly with you.
